I specialise in training women only and mentor them through their own personal fitness journey. It’s never too late to start your own journey!
Mine own experience with fitness started at the age of 32, after being involved in a car accident that shattered my pelvis. This left me unable to walk for months which ultimately changed my outlook on life forever. It was at that moment that I decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry. It has been a wonderful journey that continues to be my profession and passion for over 20 years .
